I have been to enough dentists to give an informed review. I went to Sustinari Dental because of pain and sensitivity in one tooth, thinking I had decay under a restoration. Turns out I was wrong. Dr. Malouf found the correct problem, which was way simpler. He recommended products, but without pressure. I was able to remain in the driver seat of my healing journey (which is what I want). I solved the problem by myself, by fine-tuning my oral care system. Now I can bite into an almond with zero pain! I can chew on both sides evenly again! His dental exam was the most detailed dental exam I've ever had. Dr Malouf understands my teeth well. Unlike other dentists I've been to, he applied the right amount of pressure with the dental probe, and did not incorrectly read measurements. I did not feel sore afterward. This dentist clearly works from the heart and genuinely wants the best for his patients. Excellent doctor skill set. Healthy environment, for the patients and the team. I truly had an elite experience from start to finish. My only feedback to Dr. Malouf is to accommodate patients that have TMJ disorder. We’ve been seeing Dr. Malouf for years, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, with a holistic approach that recognizes how oral health is connected to the rest of the body. He stays current on innovative treatments and always takes the time to educate and truly listen. Dr. Malouf has been wonderful with our daughter, who has special needs. His patience, and genuine care have made every visit a positive experience. He’s also been thoughtful in referring us to other specialists when needed, showing that he cares about his patients’ overall health. The entire office is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and caring. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Malouf and highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional, whole-person dental care.

Dr Malouf is a fantastic dentist that uses alternative methods to normal dental practices. He encourages the use of homeopathy for pain management which is amazing. He provides a clear plan of what can be done - but allows you find what works for you. I love that root canals are not his first option to manage pain. Teeth take time to heal - at least two weeks!
